Return and exchange policy:
It is safe to shop at our website. We have 7-day return and exchange policy. You can return and replace your order within 7 days since the date of delivery. The return item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also show us the receipt or proof of the purchase from our website.
Before return, you must contact us at info@wowsole.com for the return details.
If you want a refund before shipment, you need to pay the transaction fee by yourself.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception of your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can check the problem and tell you how to solve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the returns of items which are limited edition, or on sale, or purchased with discount coupons.
Refunds
Refusing to receive the items that you ordered is not acceptable because the refused items cannot be returned to the same back to our company. You must contact us for the detailed return shipping address before return. If you refuse to receive your order, we will not refund you because we can not receive the items that you refuse.

If the items that you receive are correct, brand new and undamaged, we are not responsible for return shipping cost.
