I. Shipping Policy:

1. We can make the door to door delivery to USA, CANADA, UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, SPAIN, ITALY, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, PHILIPPINES, MALAYSIA, SOUTH AFRICA and so on, so forth, nearly all over the world. There are many shipping methods around the world, such as EMS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, USPS, E-packet, UBI, Aramex , HK Post, Netherland Post etc.

2. There are 3 options for your shipping.

2.1. The fastest shipping is by DHL, UPS, FedEx, which takes about 7 – 9 working days.   They are the fastest ways of shipping, but it is also the most expensive shipping methods.

2.2. The standard shipping is our default shipping ways by EMS, TNT, E-packet, UBI, Aramex, USPS etc.  It takes about 10-24 working days. These shipping ways are cheap and fast.

2.3. The third free shipping is by sea.  It’s cheap but it is very slow. It takes about 40-60 working days.

You may remark or select your shipping method as you like while ordering or contact us directly for your appropriate shipping way.

3. Tracking your order:

We will email you the tracking number and tracking website then you can track your packages online timely. Or just email us at info@wowsole.com to check your order status.

II. Return and exchange policy:

It is safe to shop at our website. We have 7-day return and exchange policy. You can return and replace your order within 7 days since the date of delivery.  The return item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also show us the receipt or proof of the purchase from our website.

Before return, you must contact us at info@wowsole.com for the return details.

If you want a refund before shipment, you need to pay the transaction fee by yourself.

Defective or damaged items
Please examine your items carefully upon the reception of your package by making an opening-package video to check if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. Do not cut the anti-theft lock if there is any problem with the item you received. If there is any problem with the item,please contact us immediately so that we can check and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the returns of items which are limited edition, or on sale, or purchased with discount coupons or gift cards. We do not accept the return and refund if you cut off the anti-theft lock on the shoes that you received.

Refunds
1. You can request refund before the order is shipped. We will refund you except the Paypal transaction fee, because Paypal never refund any transaction fee.

2. If you refuse to receive the items that you ordered, we will not refund you because the refused items cannot be returned in the same way back to our company. You must contact us for the detailed return shipping address before return.  If you refuse to receive your order, we will not refund you because we can not receive the items that you refuse.

Special Note
If the items that you receive  are correct, brand new and undamaged, we are not responsible for return shipping cost.
